About CR
Client Relations and Capital Raising (“CR”) is a highly strategic function within EQT, and its responsibilities span across capital raising projects (including fundraising and co-investments), business development, marketing, and client service for each of EQT’s funds. The firm today has ca. 1200 clients globally diversified across its various business lines. The ideal candidate will join a fun, diverse and ambitious team consisting of 17 enthusiastic professionals from 6 different nationalities.

Your role as an Executive Assistant
The successful candidate will be a part of the CR team based in Stockholm, working as an Executive Assistant to two senior team-members. As an Executive Assistant, you will work in an international, dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will provide support and service to your team.  In your role, you will have contact with both internal and external stakeholders, assist with scheduling, preparation and follow ups for roadshows and meetings, as well as maintain the CRM system. Furthermore, you will coordinate conferences and book extensive travel in a professional and structured manner. We seek a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Independently take full ownership of the calendar and foresee needs & plans ahead
  • Proactively manage and organize the calendar to safeguard and maximize the stakeholder’s time
  • Understand the full context of the stakeholder’s agenda
  • Schedule, prepare and assist with follow ups for roadshows and meetings
  • Always consider relevant information, preferences and needs of the stakeholders and other team members
  • Take interest / engage in travel-related matters such as hotel agreements, policies etc. locally and globally
  • Handle and review invoices, expense and time reports to ensure correct information
  • Identify weaknesses/challenges in processes and ways of working and actively suggest changes to improve efficiency and actively share best practices
  • Plan and execute team-related events and conferences

Your qualifications

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience or a similar role
  • Preferably experience of work in an international environment 
  • Experience from financial services industry or other comparable is considered an advantage
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office/G-Suite: Gmail /Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Google Drive
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
