The sustainability team at Stockholm are now looking for a new colleague. Please note that this is a maternity cover position (50%) for a minimum of one year. The right candidate should be eager and motivated to be part of an exciting and ambitious team and take ownership of a wide range of tasks. You will be a crucial part of your team’s daily operations, as it can not function without you. You always strive to do your best. You are skilled, efficient, and naturally cheerful. Additionally, you are, of course, a flexible and socially inclined team player. You should enjoy being busy and taking on new tasks and challenges. You should be eager to improve your skills on our various IT platforms and be proficient in everything from calendar coordination, event planning to PowerPoint and expense management.

Key responsibilities and tasks
● Arrange, coordinate, and prepare meetings between colleagues, stakeholders, and our portfolio of companies
● Coordinate and arrange travel for your team
● Assist in the recruiting / onboarding process of new team members
● Ensure correct handling of receipts, recharges, etc.
● Assist your colleagues with various tasks such as PowerPoint presentations and other ad hoc tasks
● Assist with arranging internal and external conferences and events (onsite assistance in the Sustainability Summit and other events that take place in Stockholm such as TinQ Client Academy events)
● Cover the EA in Copenhagen (remotely) when she is out of the office

Your qualifications
● Proficient in IT and has ambitions to improve further
● Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English
● Is driven to achieve results and motivated to acquire new knowledge
● Possesses a business etiquette and humor, with a well-developed sense of situational awareness
● Experience from Service, preferably with calender-management experience

Practical details:
Start: per by agreement, ideally 5th of August
Extent: This is a part-time position
