Your role as Payroll & People Operations

In the role of Payroll & People Operations, you are responsible for providing People & Culture support to ensure that Clear Channel offer the best employee experience possible. You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders and levels within the organization and manage various day-to-day tasks within People & Culture operations activity for Sweden-based employees. You will report to the Chief People Officer.

Examples of what you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for monthly payroll reports and salary preparations, to be delivered according to deadlines
  • Administrate local benefits program
  • Work closely with the People Business Partners to continually review our processes and ways of working to support continuous improvement
  • Prepare HR reports, statistics, and work with keeping the HR processes structured and updated
  • Take ownership of specific projects or initiatives as directed by the Chief People Officer
  • Support new hire and termination processes ensuring managers comply with company requirements to include new employee orientation and on-boarding
  • Execute HR admin & system tasks related to all people processes
  • Manage a variety of ad-hoc tasks that might appear in different situations and needs to be resolved

Your qualifications

  • You have a degree in Human Resources or equivalent post-secondary education
  • Comfortable with digital technology and solutions supporting HR processes
  • You communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing
  • Experience and interest in administration is considered an advantage

Salary: Fixed, monthly
