Kavall was founded in March 2021 and is a new hyper-growing company in an exciting process of expansion. We’re on a mission to disrupt an industry that hasn’t changed for decades. We are now looking for our new Head of People & Culture. You will work cross-functionally to ensure we all live our company culture while implementing initiatives, processes and guidelines for all things related to the HR-area. This is a great chance to get involved from the start in all aspects of Kavall. You will also have the chance to build and manage HR-teams in each new market that is lucky enough to get Kavall grocery warehouses!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing, developing and implementing Kavall’s overall HR strategy
  • Support our managing teams in their quest for an efficient and fast-paced development of the industry and the Kavall brand
  • Hire and build a high-performing HR team
  • Leading and further developing the daily work in everything related to HR
  • Support our Store Managers in their day-to-day work
  • Contribute to the Kavall culture at all levels of the company
  • Ensure the legal compliance regarding all aspects of HR-related tasks
  • Run the full recruitment circle from drafting ads to interviews, assessments and completion of employment
  • Take lead in internal HR processes in all aspects of the company to ensure an engaging and performance driven culture

Requirements

  • Familiarity with all aspects of HR throughout a company
  • You are a true people-person who will be the go-to-person for all employees
  • You have a natural and genuine interest in your fellow colleagues and have a passion for making people around you grow and thrive
  • You advocate for both management and staff by your highly proactive style of work
  • Great organizational and verbal communication skills as our Kavaliers are spread throughout the Nordics
  • An “all-tasks-is-fun” mindset, no task is too small to fix. A problem-solver by nature
  • Experience in a mid-senior HR-related role + 5 years
  • Proficient in Swedish employment law across the whole employee lifecycle
  • You have experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of leading successful teams
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.

  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Extent: This is a full-time position.
  • Location: Stockholm, Sweden
