Over the past five years, we have grown to a business of over 2000 Instaboxers united by a single purpose; providing the smoothest shipping experience ever known. We want to change the industry and not only be a part of the future, but to drive development towards it in a sustainable way. We are currently live in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands but have no plans on stopping there, we will conquer the world.

For the role of Global Head of Tech Sales we are looking for someone with a commercial as well as technical background. In terms of personality, we are looking for someone who loves details and can work with multiple projects at the same time. Seeing as you will have direct contact with external partners while also being the internal bridge between sales and our technical departments it’s important that you, beside your technical understanding, also have a sales driven mindset to manage partners in different markets. This is a key role in the commercial management team reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, driving Instabox growth globally.

Your mission

  • Build and manage the strongest Tech Sales team on the planet
  • Defining and executing Instabox product solutions for merchants and partners across international markets
  • Serving as the partner in crime for the Sales organization in selling Instabox’s solutions, ensuring that stakeholders are met with technical excellence and commercial skill alike
  • Key player in early stage sales meetings, demoing the product and delivering solution proposals to clients
  • Thereto to ensure excellence during the Operational on-boarding phase across all touchpoints; from commercial and operations to tech and marketing, and to secure a best of class customer journey throughout end to end
  • Overall ownership for the full integration related processes
  • Understand merchant and consumer challenges that need to be solved, and how Instabox approach will uniquely or best solve those challenges
  • Ensure scalability of Onboarding processes as the company grows

Who you are

  • You are a strong leader that enjoy leading an international team that boosts a high level of commercial competence in combination with tech expertise but you are also an excellent individual contributor that lead by example
  • Significant experience in implementing web technologies and managing complex technical projects across both internal and external stakeholders
  • You love to sell and spend time with customers, but also to bounce technical solutions and ideas with your colleagues internally
  • You identify with working in a challenger environment and have strong entrepreneurial drive and business acumen
  • You are comfortable sorting out ambiguity and can bring clarity of purpose to the teams surrounding you. You know where to start and how to motivate deliveries from other teams
  • Key qualities are integrity, analytical skills and natural leadership ability. You enjoy taking the lead and bringing people along on the journey
  • Previous experience within a equity funded scale up within e-commece, fin-tech or another high performing entrepreneurial environment is a strong plus
  • Have strong english skills and it’s a merit if you are fluent in some nordic languages
