Your role as IT Technical Support
In the role as an IT technical support technician you will be part of an IT support team consisting of 4 people. Your focus will be on to support Nordic Capital with both small support cases and larger improvement projects.

The role includes:

  • Ensuring day-to-day operations are running smoothly
  • Handle all requests with care and efficiency
  • Primarily support IT in a 1st/2nd line role
  • Providing technical support across the company

Your qualifications

  • 1-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT Support
  • Experienced user of Microsoft 365
  • Experience of work in an international environment and/or experience from financial services industry or other comparable is considered a benefit
  • Fluent in English and Swedish in both speech and writing

Practical Details:

Start: As soon as possible or by agreement

Extent: 6 months consultant assignment with good possibility for extension

Location: Stockholm

Salary: Fixed, monthly
